Bio
Joshua Scurfield is a British, self-produced rock artist shaping modern guitar music through the lens of analogue memory. Drawing deeply from Bends-era Radiohead, Slowdive, and post-rock atmospheres, his songs blend vulnerability with the grain of 90s tape sound. Raised on grunge and Brit-rock classics throughout the 2000s and 2010s, His work explores digital loneliness, urban fatigue, and the emotional weight of contemporary life – music for that feeling you get when you can’t take the oppressive city nights anymore.
Now emerging as a solo artist, Joshua Scurfield creates deeply personal songs — where analogue textures meet 2020s anxieties. This is guitar-led rock music reimagined for a disconnected age.
